All products are created and fulfilled based on the details provided by the customer at checkout.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Many of our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer.

Please carefully review:

• Spelling
• Dates
• Names
• Sizing
• Color selections
• Shipping address

Twentynine Luxury is not responsible for customer-submitted errors after an order has been placed.

If a proof/mockup is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review and approve all details before production begins.

3. Production & Processing Times

All orders require processing time before shipment.

Estimated production times may vary depending on:

• Order volume
• Seasonal demand
• Customization requirements

Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Rush processing or expedited shipping may be available on select items for an additional fee.

4. Shipping Policy

Once an order has shipped, Twentynine Luxury is not responsible for:

• USPS or carrier delays
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
• Delivery delays caused by weather or carrier disruptions

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:

• Personalized products
• Digital products
• Made-to-order items

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are non-refundable.

• Incorrect sizing measurements provided by the customer

Application instructions may be provided for select products.

10. Limitation of Liability

Twentynine Luxury shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Misuse of products
• Delayed shipments
• Website interruptions
• Third-party carrier issues

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product ordered.
