Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of our custom items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is damaged, lost, or does not arrive.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is lost during shipping, or does not arrive at all, we will gladly offer you a full refund or a replacement item. To process your request:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide photos of the damaged item (if applicable) and details about the issue.
3. We will work quickly to resolve the matter for you.
General Returns
Non-custom items may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
