Processing Times
All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.
Current processing times vary depending on:
- Product type
- Order quantity
- Personalization requirements
- Seasonal order volume
Estimated processing times are displayed on each product listing and begin once payment has been completed.
Please note:
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During busy seasons, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers including:
- USPS
- UPS
- Other major shipping carriers when necessary
Shipping options available at checkout may include:
- Standard Shipping
- Priority Shipping
- Express/Rush Shipping (when available)
Shipping upgrades only speed up transit time and do not automatically reduce processing time unless rush production has also been purchased.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Twentynine Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS or carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Customs delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Carrier service interruptions
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- Please contact us immediately.
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters production or ships.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Twentynine Luxury is not responsible for:
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Stolen packages
- Delayed shipments caused by carriers
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Contacting your local post office
- Filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Duties
- Taxes
- Import charges
These fees are not included in the item or shipping price.
Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly depending on customs processing and carrier delays.
Rush Orders
Need your order quickly? Rush processing may be available for select products.
Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability for your event date.
Additional rush fees may apply.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the packaging and item
We will review the issue and work toward a resolution if applicable.
